II. Special design of several systems
In the domestic market, most of the vertical or horizontal reactors are uneven heating, easy broken, low yield, and short life span and so on. The design of our reactor can overcome such drawbacks. It is 360-degree rotating which is 0.4r per minute. Besides, this kind of structure can be overall heat, larger heating area and higher speed of pyrolysis process.
The reactor produced from China is mainly a fixed structure. It is difficult to slag the carbon black, besides, the carbon black cannot be slagged thoroughly. However, the slagging system of our special design reactor is automatically. High speed and slagging thoroughly.
- Environmental protection system
Smoke: Our dedusting system has a more complicated and scientific design than others in order to remove the dust and sulfur. Add Cao into the circulating water and use high-pressure hydraulic pump to press this water into high pressure nozzle (also can be called Spray Scrubber) which can first atomize the water, then reactor with SO2 while, at the same time, absorb the dust in the smoke. After the process of our dust removal system, the color of the smoke is white, which means our machine can reach the international purification standard and will not cause pollution on the environment. We have done the EPA and SGS test.
Carbon black: After the pyrolysis process of waste plastic, it will produce some waste residue which the weight is nearly 5-10% of the plastic. And the main component is carbon black which can be materials for producing industrial carbon black or mixed with coal ash to make flyash brick..
Waste water: In the whole pyrolysis process, only condensers and cooling devices need circulating water to cool the system. The water sealing devices will produce little waste water, which can be processed in the flue heat system
In the process of pyrolysis, some combustible gas cannot be converted into oil liquid in normal temperature and pressure. If release this gas directly, that may cause air pollution problems. We have designed a kind of tail gas recycling burners that can solve these problems very well. The tail gas gets through the water sealing device that is a fire-prevent protection procedure, and then is leaded into the furnace for heating the bottom of reactor again. This can protect the environment and save the energy fuel.
- Newest technology of pyrolysis
Waste plastic usually takes the pyrolysis technology to do recycling usage.Pyrolysis technology is the industrial process of breaking down large molecules of plastic/tire into smaller molecules of oil,gas and carbon black. The pyrolysis technology of waste plastic not only no pollution to the environment but also recycle the energy effectively. That is to say, pyrolysis technology of plastic is the inverse process of manufacturing plastic products by crude oil materials.Our doing company add different catalyst to the different plastic materials for pyrolysis.Comparing with the domestic pyrolysis technology, we improve the oil yield and quality.
I Because the plastic is made of different raw material, the pyrolysis process is also a little different.PE,PP and PS are decomposed at 300-400 centigrade degrees.
But the PVC is decomposed at two stages which are 200-300 and 300-400 centigrade degrees.The PVC may release HCL and hydrocarbon, and then break down step by step.Due to the corrosivity of HCL,and it will effect the pyrolysis catalyst, life span and the oil quality.Then the pyrolysis technology requests that the PVC should be less than 30% of the waste plastic.
II The molecules of different plastic is very different, so the final product and oil yield is different.Generally,there are four kinds of final pyrolysis products: hydrocarbon gas(C1-C5), oil (gasoline is C5-C11,diesel oil is C12-C20,the heavy oil is C20), paraffin and coke.

The price of waste plastics: 200RMB/T
1 ton of crude oil feedstock costs: (1/45%)*200=715RMB
Coal costs: 0.4T*800RMB/T=320RMB
Cost of electricity: 100RMB
Labor costs: 4*50=200RMB
Crude oil market price: 4000RMB/T
The production of one ton of crude oil profits: 4000-715-320-100-200=2665RMB
Remarks: crude oil prices to 80 dollars to international stability/barrel calculated. Common waste plastic oil rate of between 20%-45%, Polyethylene plastic net oil rate can be as high as 70% or even 85%, high-density cable out of the oil rate can be as high as 70%. Oil rate of the specific number of raw materials should be based on actual basis.
